We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can help.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us with photos and a brief description of the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll work with you to resolve the problem — this may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund, at our discretion.
Returns
Returns are not accepted for change of mind. In some cases, we may request that an item be returned before a refund is issued. Any return must be approved by us first.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Refunds may be issued without requiring the item to be returned, depending on the situation.
